A: Always! Bin There Dump That has a residential-friendly dumpster rental process that includes laying down boards to protect your driveway.
Q: What dumpster type do I need?
A: Ask our dumpster consultant what size of dumpster will work best for the material you are disposing of and we’ll customize a dumpster solution for your home improvement project.

A: One business day’s notice is all that is necessary to have a bin delivered. We do accept reservations well in advance if that is the preference of our customer.
Q: How do I know what size dumpster I need?
A: Dumpster sizes are measured in cubic yards of capacity. One cubic yard is 3 feet long by 3 feet wide by 3 feet high. Q: Can I share my dumpster rental?
A: We think sharing is a great idea. Yes, we support many projects where neighbors share a common dumpster to get a jump-start on spring cleaning. We even have neighborhood associations rent dumpsters for cleanup projects.
Q: How high can I fill the dumpster?
A: Bins should not be filled any higher than the top of its sides and should be filled in such a manner as to prevent spillage of material from the bin either while stationary or in transit. We would also request that sharp object like nails, sharp sticks, sharp wood, tin be facing down in the bin as these catch on the tarps and cause other difficulties. Safety for our delivery experts and for other autos on the road are of paramount
Q Do you work with Contractors?
A: Yes, we are not only great for home owners but contractors as well. Our typical contractor is looking for a dependable dumpster service for the job site that they can count on when they need it. Most of our customers like that we answer the phone, offer same day service options, have great customer service, & our on time track record.
Q: What if I go over the weight allowance?
A: Bin There Dump That Southeast Louisiana applies weight limits to certain regions within St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes due to rules applied by landfills applicable to the area. The weight allowance for this area is 5,000 lbs after which an additional fee of $65/ ton will be applied. Unless substantial amounts of concrete, dirt, brick, shingles or similar heavy material is placed in the bin it is our experience that 5,000 lbs is more than sufficient for most users. Outside of the St. Tammany and Tangipahoa areas no weight charges are applied. An additional factor is the maximum safe weight to place in the dumpster. Our maximum safe lift capacity is 5 tons. Overweight bins that we can't lift or are deemed unsafe to transport will be subject to additional fees and must be unloaded by the customer.
Q: What does a dumpster cost to rent?
A: It depends. There are several factors that go into pricing your dumpster rental. We have to account for factors like; where you’re located; how long you’ll need the dumpster; items you plan on putting in the container. We suggest you contact our Dumpster Consultants so they can provide you the right price, value and solution.
Q: Do I need to be present when my dumpster is delivered?
A: You do not need to be present when the dumpster is delivered. We will collect detailed instructions as to where the dumpster should be placed at the time of order. Beyond this we only need an open spot to place the bin.
